- 1) Fixed some minor structural issues in all 3 NFAT models (Shen, Tomida and Dual Protocol).
2) Incorporated annotation work done by Rory Lynch.
This model seems to have been adjusted since I first submitted it, so I don't know for sure
if it still behaves properly. This commit has not been 'regression tested' in any way.
