This is the CellML description of Chen et al.'s kinetic analysis of a molecular model of the budding yeast cell cycle.
Missing initial concentrations were added and equations checked against the original WinPP code (http://mpf.biol.vt.edu/research/budding_yeast_model/model_download/budmbc20.ode). This model runs in PCEnv and COR to replicate the first cycle of the published results but does not display the switching and oscillating properties of the original model.
