Workspace Summary

Description

Supporting data to Gao et al. J R Soc Interface 2013;10:20130421 (Epub ahead of print). There are two sets of interstitial cell of Cajal (ICC) confocal imaging data taken from the myenteric plexus (MP) and deep muscular plexus (DMP) of murine jejunum. The white in the images represent ICC, whereas the black represent non-ICC tissue. These images were further processed before analysis was conducted (as described in the paper). For details regarding the images, see "Information.xlsx" in the respective imaging data set folders.
