Workspace Summary

Description
Cellml files used to model acute doxorubicin and doxorubicinol and chronic doxorubicin toxicity in human and rabbit cardiac myocytes. Files describe: The human reference model in ControlTT22006Epi.cellml that describes human epicardial ventricular myocyte electrophysiology and calcium dynamics described in: "ten Tusscher KHWJ and Panfilov AV. Alternans and spiral breakup in a human ventricular tissue model. American Journal of Physiology - Heart and Circulatory Physiology. 2006;291:H1088-H1100." The rabbit reference model in Morotti2012.cellml that describes rabbit ventricular myocyte electrophysiology and calcium dynamics described in: "Morotti S, Grandi E, Summa A, Ginsburg KS and Bers DM. Theoretical study of L-type Ca2+ current inactivation kinetics during action potential repolarization and early afterdepolarizations. The Journal of Physiology. 2012;590:4465-4481." The rabbit and human cellml files corresponding to the model of acute doxorubicinol exposure at 10uM exposure, acute doxorubicin at 100uM exposure, acute doxorubicinol at maximum effect, acute doxorubicin at the maximal effect and chronic doxorubicin are included in the files prefixed 10uM, 100uM, AcuteDOXL, AcuteDOX and ChronicDOX. All models include the reference sarcoplasmic reticulum leak flux.
