CellML files
************

This folder contains all the required CellML codes, `act_inact.cellml`_ is the main file
and other required files (`gating.cellml`_, `parameter.cellml`_ and `unit.cellml`_ ) are imported
to this file in order to run the simulation.
`parameter.cellml`_ is the general file whereas the specific parameters for each channel are provided in
the associated python script. Cellml files can not reproduce the figures independently and python scripts
are required to run in order to reproduce the figures.
