Metabolic function definitions based on COPASI 4.8 (Build 35).

Substrates are named as S or S1, S2, ... if multiple substrates.
Productes are named as P or P1, P2, ... if multiple products.
Inhibitors are named as I or I1, I2, ... if multiple inhibitors.

Km values are subscripted with the respective substrate or product, 
for instance P -> Km_P, S1 -> Km_S1;
Ki values for inhibition are subscripted with the respective inhibitor,
I1 -> Ki_I1. If only one inhibitor Ki is used.
