Adding MATLAB file to workspace. When run, asks for number of neurons to be modelled, and also asks for mean and standard deviation for the normal distribution from where g_syn_e values are randomly picked. Then creates an XML file which can be run on CellML. Note: To run XML file on CellML, must have single cell model in same folder with same name.
