Desc:: Made changes to the model as suggested by David Friel: * Starting time for the kappa_L1 changed to 40s * Starting time for the Kd_Ca changed to 80s * Scaled Kd_Ca by 1000 in the equation for Kappa_L2 to account for unit differences * Ca_o changed to be 2000000 nanomolar (i.e. 2 mM) * Initial value for Ca_i changed to 75 nM and for Ca_s changed to 5000 nanomolar
